Entry Info:BCRA Member call in April 17 ~ 8am-2pm 250-457-6209 Late Entries after 2pm Wednesday April 17 – 22 by 9am Via answering machine. Leave your Name, Card Number, Day Preference, Events you would like to enter and a call back phone number. You will be subject to a fine of 50 dollars per person
Local Events:Wild Horse Racing ~ $1000 added – $70 entry fee
Notes to Competitors:NO HORSE TRAILER PARKING IN THE GOVERNMENT BUILDING (White Building) PARKING LOT, SENIORS CENTRE. Vehicles without horse trailers may park in these areas.

All competitors chosen for a team in the Sponsor Team Challenge must wear sponsorship back penne’s

All competitors will need to wear the wrist band that will be put on their wrists when they come to pay entry fees. This will enable the competitors to enter the building during the performances, this will also apply to the stock contractors and contract acts for this 3 day event.

SATURDAY WILL BE PURPLE DAY- So our board is asking that all competitors wear purple on Saturday April 27th.

We also ask that competitors clean up any manure, hay and garbage before leaving. There will be dumpsters provided.

THERE IS NO ALCOHOL TO BE CONSUMED IN OR AROUND THE RODEO ARENA WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BEER GARDENS. THIS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BY THE CITY STAFF AND WE COULD LOSE THE FACILITY IF IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS AN ALCOHOL FREE ZONE.
