The 2023 AGM & Awards Banquet will be October 28th at the Kamloops Coast Hotel and Conference Center.
The AGM will be at 11am, October 28th. Agenda items can be submitted to the office via email. Please ensure items are submitted no later then October 16th.
The top 10 in the major events are required to attend the AGM.
The Awards Banquet will be at 6pm, October 28th. Tickets are available for purchase via the office until October 16th.
Award winners need to be present at the Banquet to accept their award. If unable to attend, a written letter must be sent to the Board of Directors stating why they are unable to attend and who will be accepting the award on their behalf.
