ENTRY FEE:	BR @ $126 ($40 to day money), TR @ $91, WBR @ $77 SB,BB@$86 BKR,SW,TDR @ $76 Additional $10 fee for non-rodeo association members.

GROUND RULES:	Parking is congested on Friday Night due to a usually large slack. Please do not block driveways. Park outside main gate to avoid congestion.
COWBOY NOTES:	Tough Enough To Wear Pink on Friday night performance. Fair entertainment as well as many great food vendors available. Fun things for the kids to do. Beer Garden. Skagit Rein Riders will perform.

RODEO:	PWRA Evergreen State Fair Rodeo Enjoy the fair! There will be great food, carnival, Evergreen State Fairgrounds exhibits, and entertainment. NON-MEMBER ENTRIES MUST ENTER THROUGH THE PRO-WEST ENTRY SYSTEM, FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE CALLBACKS OR ENTRY WILL BE DRAWN OUT. CENTRAL ENTRY CAN TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.

TRADES:	R3.2 Trades are permitted after positions have been drawn during call back and at least one-half hour (1/2hr) prior to stock draws for performances or slack in accordance with the following: a. Position trades shall be made with central entry during call back only or with arena secretaries on days of a rodeo only. b. All parties desiring trades must contact central entry during call back or arena secretaries on days of a rodeo to initiate and verify trades. c. Verification of trades by all involved parties with central entry or arena secretaries must be by telephone, cell phone, or in writing signed by all involved parties.
GROUND RULES:	Contestants please enter through the white gate. Take Equestrian Park, off 179^th Ave. to the designated parking area. Contestants must show card at the admission gate. No exceptions. No dogs on the fairgrounds. No Dogs, not in trailers, none. Tie Down Roping will be held after the performance each day. Stalls are $10 per night. Please pay at the rodeo office for your stalls, however please bring cash or a separate check for stalls, so it doesn’t have to be in rodeo accounts. Contestants must clean stall to bunker on haul out. No cleaning out horse trailers on grounds. No tie outs.
COWBOY NOTES:	Special Events: Drill Team / Vaulters will be performing before the rodeo And much more to be scheduled as the rodeo and fair get closer!! Saturday Night “Dancin in the Dirt” with Gerry Andal and the Rough Riders. After Saturday performance please make yourself available for a special autograph signing!!!!(This is so nice for the kids…please participate if you are here!)
